Description
I am a professor at Universidad de Chile, I am going on a sabbatical semester next year to Germany. I bought this house 10 years ago, it was renovated almost completely, but it keeps the charm of a typical home of Ñuñoa in the 40s. I bike everywhere from here; my son walks to his school. I love the neighborhood, there are plenty of local stores where people greet you “hi neighbor”. The house is part of a 12-house “pasaje” (passageway) with closed access from the street Villaseca. The house is perfect for couples or families with children. The backyard is well connected to the kitchen, so it's very easy to have lunch or dinner outside.

Comments: This home is in a quiet area, but one block away from markets, bakeries, pharmacies and cafes. There are two english schools nearby, easily reachable by walking. I go by bike everywhere (even sold my car).
