We are the new owners of a top-floor three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in North Cleveland Park, near the Van Ness Metro Station on Connecticut Avenue. We love the neighborhood for its leafy streets, fantastic public schools, and accessibility to transport, Rock Creek Park, groceries and restaurants. The unit itself is large, with views of the Washington Monument and National Cathedral, and lots of light (south and east-facing windows). We will not be moving in right away, so we are looking for renters for the upcoming academic year. Please note that these photos are from the previous owner; the condo is currently unfurnished and we are redoing the flooring and walls. The rental will be unfurnished.
