Our family home will be available for rent for the Fall and Spring Semesters. It is located in the North Bethesda neighborhood close to Washington, DC. Split-level home with lots of space and all conveniences. Quiet neighborhood very close to National Institute of Health (NIH). We are mostly looking to rent out Sep-Dec 2026, but we can be flexible about the next semester as well.
