Helo! The aprtm is very central and well located & you can reach the beach easly cause there is a walking passage over the rail road that connects central carcavelos/parede with the south part where the Nova Uni & beach are located. There is restaurants and a supermerket that i love at the naighborhood and famous restaurants such has Eduardo a seefood deligth nearby & a bus that connects you to NOva scholl, the train station and the beach also. There is free parking at the entrance of the building. The aprt in on the 2nd floor and it has lot of ligth cause there is 2 varandas one in the socal area & 1 in the bedrooms area that is divided troygh a door on the corrigor from the living room other varanda and kitchen. So the living room has a sofa bed a table chairs and a desk and desk chair. the intern. et is good and it has repeaters in evey division & there is a tv if you wish. The bedroom have the 2 a double bed a drawer a closet and a desk and desk chair. the kitchen has a stove, oven eating area, toaster, ketle, microwave fridge and on the varanda the washer for clothes. the water system gives you imediate good hot water and there is heating & also passive heating in the varandas that warm very weel the house on winter and cool it on summer cause the apartm and therefore the varandas are facing south and you can see a litlle bit of the sea. I am easy going and easy to reach and of course i can try to full fill your needs. There is a garden down from the apartment that you see from the varandas that is very quiet althoug the building entrance faces the steet side. the bathroom has a bathtub a sink and a toillet.
