Lovely Lisbon flat

Description

I have a lovely, cozy flat in a wonderful Lisbon neighbourhood, decorated with a relaxing mix of antique and modern pieces and artwork I've collected while working and living around the world. The front room has a fully equipped kitchen, with an induction stove top, oven and dishwasher, as well as a sitting area and dining table, and two large windows looking over the leafy green trees that line the street. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite, as well as a reading/tv room that can also serve as a guest room. One of the bedrooms has a desk that is perfect for writing and working. An enclosed patio at the back of the flat looks out over neighbouring houses. I have many books in the flat in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. You can also find a detailed manual about the flat and neighbourhood, with many personal recommendations. I've installed split units throughout the flat that provide heating and air conditioning, and also have stand-up fans. There's also a utility closet in the back with a washing machine. My flat is on the second floor and is fully renovated. The building was built in 1892, and has original features. The common spaces are slowly being renovated. There is a back yard for all of the flats that is also being renovated.
