We are offering our much-loved family home for a medium-term rental while we are away. We hope to find guests who will enjoy and care for it as if it were their own. The Northlands Residence is a fully furnished executive home in a quiet, safe neighbourhood on Vancouver's beautiful North Shore. It is ideal for professors on sabbatical, visiting researchers, physicians, healthcare professionals, corporate relocations, or families needing temporary accommodation during renovations or a move. The home is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped for comfortable everyday living. It features a spacious, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living areas, quality furnishings, dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and everything needed for an extended stay. Utilities are negotiable, and optional EV charging and bi-weekly housekeeping are available. One of the home's greatest advantages is its location. You'll be surrounded by some of Canada's best hiking and mountain biking trails, parks, and outdoor recreation, while still being only 20–30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Nearby you'll find grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, recreation facilities, transit, and easy access to local hospitals, business centres, and universities, making daily life both convenient and enjoyable. This is a wonderful place to work remotely, write, research, or simply enjoy an extended stay on the North Shore.
