I am looking for tenants who will appreciate the size and beauty of the plot. This is an ideal place for people who do not need to be in the capital every day and enjoy living close to the countryside and the forest. Squirrels visit the plot, and hoopoes can be seen flying in. In the forest, it is possible to spot roe deer and other smaller animals. The house is comfortable, but it is not of a high standard. Some walls are marked in places, and two tiles on the outside steps are loose — and these are probably not the only imperfections. For us, it has mainly been a summer house, though not exclusively. Upstairs, next to the bedroom, there is a toilet and a washing machine. Everything works. However, during the rental period we will be outside Poland, so the tenant needs to be ready to deal independently with any practical issues that may arise. From time to time, the septic tank needs to be emptied. There are buses in the area, including one to Warsaw.
