Quiet, sunny family home close to Victoria University and NZ Parliament

We would like a family to look after our warm, cosy home while we take an extended holiday from February to November 2027. Our home is a short drive to Victoria's main Kelburn campus and very close to Wellington CBD, including the Pipitea campus and Parliament. We are zoned for excellent public schools (Wadestown School, Wellington High, Wellington Girls' College, and Wellington College). Our home has a lovely garden, beautiful sun, outdoor decks and patios, a back lawn, and a glasshouse. It has a lovely view facing west. It is not suitable for people with impaired mobility, as it's down 20 steps. We have a car-pad (and car), and bike-shed at the top. Entering the front door takes you to the upper level, with kitchen, dining area, lounge room, Bedroom 1, and Bathroom 1. Downstairs are Bedrooms 2 and 3 and Bathroom 2. There is also a fourth bedroom that we expect to be storing our things in. The downstairs hall is wide and can be used as an office or a play area. Flooring upstairs is original matai floorboards. Downstairs is carpet. There are heatpumps upstairs and downstairs, plus oil heaters in each bedroom. Most windows are double-glazed.
