An entomology professor at the University of Minnesota and an Italian teacher proudly wish to rent this thoughtfully improved three bedroom, two bathroom residence for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a beautiful and very well maintained home just one block from Como Lake - the gem of St. Paul. It has a renovated kitchen, updated windows, gas fire place, mini-split air conditioners and native gardens. One of the spaces that we like the best is the spacious screened back porch just outside the kitchen. This space is great for hanging out, eating and entertaining from Spring to Fall. We spend alot of time at Como Lake too, which is embedded within Como Park and also has a Zoo and plant conservatory (great in the winter!) with lots of bike and walking paths throughout. The location is closest to the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota but a short drive to the Minneapolis campus and all of the other Universities in the Twin Cities. It is also equidistant to the downtowns of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and close to the shopping malls of Roseville. We really think this house is a gem in one of Saint Paul's most beloved neighborhoods.
