You will enjoy exclusive use of the private upper level of our owner-occupied home, accessed through its own private entrance. The spacious residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, and a screened lanai where you can work, read, or enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by tropical greenery. Two comfortable king beds with organic cotton linens provide flexible accommodations for individuals or couples. Designed as an open-concept living space, the residence offers generous natural light and panoramic garden views throughout. Privacy curtains create distinct sleeping areas while maintaining the airy character of the home. Life at Napua Gardens extends beyond the residence itself. Stroll through the botanical food forest, vegetable gardens, and greenhouse, harvest seasonal tropical fruit, or simply relax beneath our magnificent banyan tree. The gardens are also home to a rare Rudraksha (Blue Marble) tree, prized for its distinctive seeds and revered in India for its cultural and spiritual significance. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens at their own pace, and those who enjoy gardening are invited to participate in planting or light garden activities alongside us, though there is never any expectation to do so. . Our family lives downstairs on the property and is available if needed while respecting your privacy and independence. As this is our only rental, the atmosphere remains peaceful, quiet, and uncrowded. The location provides an ideal balance between rural tranquility and everyday convenience. We are approximately 20 minutes from Hilo Airport, the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, and Hilo's medical facilities; 10 minutes from Keaʻau for groceries, restaurants, and essential services; and within easy reach of Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, beaches, farmers markets, waterfalls, and many of the island's most remarkable natural attractions. The residence is fully furnished and includes utilities, high-speed internet, dedicated parking, yard and garden maintenance, and one complimentary monthly housekeeping service. Additional housekeeping and laundry service are available by arrangement. Our property is best suited for those seeking a peaceful, nature-filled home for an extended stay.
