We are an international couple (Irish - Japanese - Spanish) who are relocating to Madrid for one year. Our lovely 3BR furnished apartment in Park Slope is available for sublet for one year, from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, with some flexibility on start and end dates. One year sublets are preferred. The apartment has one queen size bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, distributed in three rooms, one of which is an office/spare room. The bedroom are modest in size but there is a large living room, a dining area and separate kitchen, which are great for entertaining. There is even a piano to entertain guests! The apartment is one flight of stairs up, in an historic building (about 100 years old) that has 7 other units. It is a self-managed coop with friendly neighbours. The apartment will come furnished but all personal effects, clothing and kitchenware can be removed. Utilities and WIFI are included. The neighbourhood is leafy, quiet, with lots of amenities, including cafes and restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, shops, etc. It is one block away from PS 321, one of the best public elementary schools in NYC. Nearest subway lines are F, Q, B, R. Perfect for a couple, single person or family landing in New York and looking for somewhere welcoming to stay
