Looking for a home in Bologna for the month of October

We have an open, spacious, and bright house that is an 8 minute drive to beautiful Hampton Bays beaches and bays, wonderful restaurants and bars, and just a quiet place to hang out and enjoy the deck, pool, garden and surrounding trees and birds! It is located 2 hours from New York City. We have 2 Queen Size Bedrooms, 1 sofa double bed room and a study making this a delightful stay for families and friends to enjoy being together. We are big cooks so the kitchen is well equipped. The pool table, treadmill and elliptical in the basement along with two 10-speed bikes offer great opportunities to exercise. And we are huge readers so there are numerous wonderful books to explore. Our home is right off a main street, but is down a little dirt road, so it feels more rural and quiet even though we are only a few minutes from the downtown area where the shops and restaurants are. It is only a fifteen minute walk to the Long Island Railroad which takes you back and forth to New York City and other points further east on Long Island. In the fall, some favorite activities are exploring the nearyby vineyards for wine tasting, going apple and pumpkin picking, and hiking the many lovely hiking trails that abound.
