I am a faculty member of university of Grenoble Alpes. I am going in research stay in Montreal, Canada during the next academic year. I am looking for someone to live in this beautiful apartment and enjoy the city and the mountains, parks, lakes around as much as I like to ! The apartment is clean, recently renovated and really enjoyable to live. It features windows on both sides (bedrooms face a little park and trees and living room face the building park) , with a very good luminosity and lovely views on mountains and a balcony (4 to 6 people to seat). It is at the 4th level of the building. Two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm mattresses) separated by an office area equipped with 2 height-adjustable desks. Separate toilet and recent bathroom. Close to campuses (Saint Martin d'Heres and IUGA) by tram or bike (safe bike parking available) and close to urban amenities (bakeries, supermarket, cheese shop, restaurants, cafés) by walk.

Comments: Dates are flexible for the lenght and for the end of the stay. Long stay would be preferablee
