Ciao! My husband, our 5-month-old son, and I are looking for someone to exchange homes with! We live in Milan and are looking for a home in Barcelona for around 3 months. We are open to proposals and flexible with dates. Matteo is a graphic designer and works remotely. I am an architect-researcher and I am currently a PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano. Our home is a 50 sqm one-bedroom apartment plus a balcony, located in a recently built building in the Affori neighborhood, a northern suburb of Milan. The M3 metro station is 800 meters away, and Bovisa railway station, with trains to Cadorna and northern Lombardy, is 1.5 km away. Located on the 12th floor, the apartment overlooks the beautiful Villa Litta Park. Inside the residential complex there is a cultural association that organizes affordable activities such as cooking classes, movie nights, yoga, fitness sessions, and much more. Our needs in Barcelona are quite simple: we can adapt to different spaces and arrangements. We only have a few basic requirements related to traveling with a newborn.
