Welcome to my beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, available fully furnished. The place is lovely for all seasons with an expansive patio and double sliding doors from both the kitchen and living room, so in summer the patio becomes an extension of the living space. And a cozy wood fireplace for the winter months. The kitchen is newly renovated- professionally designed and well-stocked. I cook a lot, so you'll find good knives and pans. Linens, towels, and everything else you'd need are here too. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with in-unit laundry. The second bedroom is compact and currently has a twin bed, desk, and chair, and works as a home office, guest room, or nursery with a full second bathroom directly across the hall. Each bedroom has its own mini-split, so both rooms stay cool at night. There's also a dedicated off-street parking space, which is rare for this neighborhood. You'll love the convenience of the location. It's a three-minute walk to the Central Square T-station, putting you in Boston in under 10 minutes, and you're perfectly situated between Harvard and MIT, with a 20-minute walk to either. 1369 Coffee House is just around the corner for a great cup. Cambridge is an incredibly walkable city, and being in Mid-Cambridge puts you right in the heart of it all. I'd love to find someone staying for the length of a semester, though I'm flexible on terms if your timeline looks a little different. I've loved living in this space, and I hope you do too.
