The location is fantastic, especially for a short stay, in a young, happening and dynamic neighbourhood with a great diversity of restaurants, shops, gyms, yoga studios. The spatious living room has an open kitchen; the bedroom a queen-size bed, and there is an office book perfect for working or projects. The rue Montorgeuil, famous for its good shops, is 5 minutes away. Within walking distance to the Opera, the Louvre, the Fondation Carter and Pinaud, it is at the crossroads of several very different but equally interesting areas (Grands Boulevards, le Marais, Opéra/rue Saint Anne, les Halles); with 4 metro lines and a 10 minute walk to the RER at Chatelet-les-Halles. The apartment is being vacated by the tenant and the furnishings you see in the pictures are not what will be there for you. It will be furnished in a ‘minimalist but comfy’ style, ‘urban eclectic’.
