I live in a lovely home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood right across from a 350 acre park. It's just steps away from a beautiful lake with a great restaurant, Nature Center, Urban Forest, Equestrian Center, gorgeous new Senior Center, the HB Main Library, and there are many walking and biking trails. We're also just under two miles from the beach. The entire unit is larger than the pictures show! People are always pleasantly surprised with the size, lighting, and tasteful decor. I live a quiet, happy, active life downstairs and never hear any activity upstairs. I'm retired and home a lot so I'm easily accessible to answer questions. The kitchen is small but efficient w/full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Cuisinart 2-burner induction cooktop with proper cooking utensils, toaster/oven/broiler/air fryer (you can cook up a storm!). All utilities are included and excellent WiFi connection. Your balcony has plenty of room for enjoying the park view and sunsets with four comfortable chairs.
