LAST MINUTE - Amazing home/location in lower Shaughnessey 4 academic year

Due to a last-minute change in plans, this lovely home is available NOW for the '26-'27 academic year, possibly beyond. This home is in Vancouver's most desirable neighborhood. Lower Shaughnessey is leafy with large homes and large lots ($$) and so much character. You are a quick stroll to South Granville's cafes/shops/galleries, or walk to 4th St (or Broadway), which have everything, or walk to Kits Beach or Granville Island. UBC, downtown, West End, Yaletown, Stanley Park etc. are also near (easy bike or quick drive or bus). The home is super comfortable and has a really nice feeling. Not cluttered, but cosy. Tons of light - giant skylight and gorgeous divided light windows throughout. The huge kitchen and great room (with giant bookshelves) is amazing. It's the heart of the home (you'll spend a lot of time there). Also, office(s), living room, den, decks, big yard, garage etc. etc. Although large, the house lives VERY well for a couple, and we are super open to that (the rent is flexible depending on many factors). There is also good separation of space. The house was just rented to a family renovating their own home (much of the time it was just the couple as their kids are older too). They really enjoyed it and the location. We hope to find a similar situation OR a visiting academic.
