Our well-appointed two bedroom/one bathroom side by side duplex boasts a hotel quality experience with added features such as a fully equipped kitchen, superior quality furnishings, and featuring art by local artists. Our boutique style home, The Bird House, is one of the most charming boutique residences in the city and offers a beautiful front garden an incredible backyard to relax and enjoy. Here is a list of items and benefits that you can expect when staying at the Bird House: - Professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. - Hotel quality linens and towels. - Nespresso machine with milk steamer. - Private, enclosed backyard with BBQ, eating area and fire pit. - Cooking essentials and cookware. - Off-street parking spot for two vehicles end to end. - Responsive local host. The space Our master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with an Endy mattress as well as two full closets with ample space. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with quality linens. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. Enjoy the eating area for your morning coffee and/or use as a work space. Our unit is bright and cheerful, filled with beautiful artworks by local artists. This is a peaceful space adorned with plush furniture for relaxing, reading and entertaining. We provide a smart TV with aps, Samsung bluetooth soundbar and high speed internet. Steps away from the waterfront, the harbour, Fisherman’s Warf, and the heart of the James Bay Village, filled with local shops and services. James Bay is an extremely walkable and bike-able neighbourhood. Minutes away are the best restaurants and shopping boutiques in downtown Victoria. We are excited to share our lovely space with you! Security deposit $1500 required. Pets must have a pet agreement and will require a pet deposit of $1500. No smoking. No parties. There will be a $350 cleaning fee added to the last month's rent.
