Our lovely flat is open plan with it's own private entrance and garden. It is comfortable, light and airy with stairs going up to a double bed in the bedroom. There is a small shower room and toilet next to the bedroom. The kitchen is spacious with use of a washing machine, toaster and dishwasher. Towels and bedding are provided. There is free Wifi. We provide coffee and tea. Please note that there is no TV The space The flat is comfortable for 2 people. It is private with it's own entrance. . It feels spacious, with a large, open plan kitchen/diner. It has access to a lovely patio, which is west facing, so you can soak up the sun on hot days. Please note that: - the flat is open plan, so the only access to the shower room and toilet is through the bedroom. - The shower is small. - The decor in the flat is a rustic style with old wooden floorboards, brick style tiles on the walls in the kitchen and mottled grey tiles on the floor. Guest access The whole flat and the patio in the garden is for guest's use. There are a few steps going down to the front door, so access could be a little difficult for those with mobility issues. Please note that the flat is used by family and friends and you may find personal belongings in the cupboard. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes in the bedroom along with shelves .
