I am a mostly retired professional. I am looking to rent my house for the first time so I can travel more. Having lived in my house for more than 30 years, I’m sure you can imagine that I have a strong connection to it and everything in it. Consequently, I am looking for honest, responsible tenants that I would feel comfortable renting my house to. Of course, you must feel comfortable with me. My house was built in the roaring 20s that is the 1920s. It is an older house with a lot of charm and gum wood moldings. With that said, the only way to determine whether we are a good match is to speak on the phone, do zoom conference calls and most preferably meet in person. Please let me know if you would like to consider renting my house.

Comments: There is a deck between the one car garage and the side entrance to house and a screened in front porch.There is also driveway parking for two vehicles.One of the bedrooms has a desk with a monitor and printer/scanner.It has an ethernet connection.

Comments: My house is on a quiet street two blocks from the MBTA bus lines that service the Greater Boston area.It is walking distance to several parks and 1/2 mile from the Minuteman Bikeway. It is 5 miles from Harvard Square and a 20 minute drive to Boston.
