IN CENTRAL MID-TOWN SANTA FE 1 BEDROOM HOUSE RENTAL – FURNISHED AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 16 2026 THRU FEBRUARY 16 2027 5 months preferred – 2 month minimum Spans Autumn through Skiing! This is our one-bedroom home, our oasis that we have decided to share while we are off travelling. The 1700 square feet are beautifully laid out for two. The clean lines of the open kitchen, living and dining area, swept with light from the skylights, windows, art lighting and feather chandeliers give a soft modern feel. Comfort is not sacrificed with the down blend sofa and cushioned dining and bar chairs. Art, antiques and a modern touch blended with traditional New Mexican elements like vigas, nichos and frontyard and backyard portals make you know you are in Santa Fe. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your inventions, nicely laid out with fine appliances and replete with cookware and dishes. Your eye will wander to the outside through the many Mondrian styled windows. If you are like me, you will find yourself gazing out of the strategically placed kitchen window, watching the birds and the world go by. Or perhaps you will feel compelled to have a seat on the porch and watch the neighbors as they walk their dogs, push a stroller or do their daily jog round this lightly trafficked neighborhood. Down the hall is an office, a guest bathroom, and a library / television room. You will not lack books! Art, architecture, cooking, local interest… You will find something to enjoy! At the end of the hall is your bedroom suite. More art, more antiques and most importantly a very comfortable Queen-sized bed. En-suite is a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, a steam shower and Japanese soaking tub, as well as your closet space complete with a stacking washer and dryer. The covered portal off of the bedroom is a yet another great spot to relax! Take in the wonderfully landscaped back yard, watch the birds play in the fountain and unwind at whatever time of day. If you are here in the fall, there will likely still be tomatoes aplenty on the vines. The Casa Linda neighborhood is a true neighborhood with a great know your neighbors feel. Santa Rosa is a lightly travelled street in front and the gate in the back yard gives you personal access to the “Rail Trail” pedestrian and bike path. Santa Rosa is located in Santa Fe’s mid-town area near the Lena Street neighborhood with galleries, the best bakery, Japanese, Cuban and Coffee House fare. Pizza, Dumplings and Pilates! Or in the other direction, the hip, cool, groovy Baca Street rail yard district with restaurants, a great hair salon, a gym, resale stores and galleries. Let’s not forget the nearby Trader Joe’s and the South Capitol Rail Runner stop, and that is in the direct neighborhood! Also nearby: Farmer’s Market, Santa Fe Plaza, Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Canyon Road galleries and restaurants, Museum Hill - it is just so convenient! And in case you are wondering - Santa Fe topped Travel + Leisure’s 2026 World’s Best Awards as the No. 1 city in the United States for the second year running!
