Description
We are hoping to rent our lovely, modern home to a person or family visiting Raleigh during he first half of 2027, or ideally, exchange with someone in Davis, CA. Our house is unique: it is central, but feels like a forest escape, it is modern, airy and well-appointed and is in a small, tight-knit neighborhood that is surrounded by Dix Park, a 300 acre park-in-the-making, and is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive/bike-ride to NCSU campus. The house is spacious, with one master bed/bath, two bedrooms set up as kids' rooms and a small office. The main floor is open plan and very open/airy. The house also includes a separate downstairs 'suite' (large room and bathroom) that is ideal for visitors, but also could serve as a fourth bedroom. A trade for a house anywhere in Davis, CA (or nearby) for the same timeframe would be great, but we're open to renting as well.
