The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we raised our kids in this house - it's a wonderful family home. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master is quite large, has a King bed, skylights, a couch and a Peloton. There's also a large walk in closet. The en suite bath has a soaking tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and desk with huge windows, very light, overlooks the park and playground. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and a desk. The laundry room is also upstairs which makes it easy to deal with the laundry. There is also a set of pull down stairs that leads to an attic space that can be used as an art studio, our kids used it as their sewing / art area. We are a 15 minute walk from the heart of Ballard with dozens of restaurants, a movie theater, music venues, bars, and shops. Multiple grocery stores within 5 minutes, and 4 blocks from bus lines. You can store items in the garage / shed as well. We are 3 miles from Golden Gardens beach and park, 15 minutes from Discovery park and Greenlake, and a short bike ride to the Burke Gilman trail. The Sunday Farmers Market is amazing too. We are seeking a one year lease. Renters will pay utilities in addition to rent. Parking is included, so no additional fees there. Willing to negotiate a pet deposit.
