Looking to share my studio just steps from Lincoln Center/Juilliard/Fordham. 1 block from Central Park, 2 blocks from Riverside Park. I'm on the same block as the 1 train but also very close to the 23ACBD lines (at Columbus Circle or 72nd St). Extremely safe neighborhood with doorman and elevator. Since I can't officially rent my apt, I'm preferably looking for a woman ages 25-40 who I can tell management is my friend staying with me! Queen bed + twin IKEA foam mattress + air mattress can fit up to 4 guests. Central AC, modern washer/dryers in the basement, gym access. Nearby groceries stores: Whole Foods, Hmart, Gourmet Garage. I live here full-time but will be on vacation so the apt is fully stocked! Willing to negotiate rate based on length of stay! On the cheaper end because this is just my normal home that I live in (one of my blinds is broken, I clean it but it's not professionally cleaned).
