Our open-concept home is warm, bright, and welcoming, offering all the comfort needed for an extended stay in Québec City. It is ideally located for an academic stay: Université Laval is only 15 minutes away by car and approximately 25 minutes by direct express bus on weekdays. Bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Downtown Québec City and Old Québec are also easily accessible by public transit. The southwest-facing backyard enjoys sunshine throughout the day and features a large deck, a swimming pool, and a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing or dining. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and safe. An elementary school is located just around the corner. All essential services are within a 10-minute walk, including a grocery store, pharmacies, the SAQ, restaurants, and local shops. The Corridor des Cheminots bike path and a municipal park are also just a few minutes away. With easy access to major roads and highways, the location makes it simple to reach different parts of the city and surrounding region.
