We are subletting our pied-a-terre close to Prospect Park. This is a railroad apartment with two interior rooms (one is an office, the other a bedroom), and two large beautiful rooms on either end of the apartment. This is perfect for a writer or academic, but can also comfortably accommodate two people. Cats are allowed. Ideally we are looking for someone who can rent the space longterm, but we're open to discussing shorter leases as well.
