This cozy Coach House is a like a cabin in the woods located in the city with each window and skylight looking out onto surrounding trees. Nestled on a quiet street in Oakwood Village. but steps from the restaurants and cafes of bustling Corso Italia it's like a quiet refuge that is also close to city life. This mini home has a parking pad right outside, features heated hardwood floors, a full kitchen with European appliances and ensure laundry. The living room 0n the main floor also features a Murphy bed which is perfect for added guests. We are looking for professors and professionals who are visiting Toronto from out of town who would make for friendly and respectful tenants. We welcome our guests to sit in and enjoy the nearby garden and plant flowers or vegetables in the adjoining raised bed if they so choose.
