The house is 1-1/2 miles from the Naval War College, walking distance to Salve Regina Univ and a 20 minute drive to Univ of Rhode Island. Pets allowed. The Property is available for a 9 month lease starting Sept to May each year or a short term rental for a minimum of 1 month. Our lease terms are flexible. Seasonal rates apply in June, July, & Aug.
