Eugene is a great place to do research in a large array of fields, visit diverse landscapes and learn about the progressive land planning policies of Oregon. Both the University of Oregon and Oregon State (Corvalis) are easily accessible from my home. Other research sites, such as HJ Andrews Experimental Forest, NOAA and Hatfield (Newport) and the Sitka Center (Lincoln City) are straightforward drives from Eugene. And that's just a short list! Vibrant Portland is a two hour drive north. And one of the most sought after wine regions in the United States begins just up the road. The Book House is located in Friendly, an established walkable community neighborhood. An easy bike, bus or drive to UO. The Friendly Street Market and the Garden serve as the community hub, offering local groceries, food carts, beer hall and occasional music. Currently I am offering the house for two rental options: Unfurnished and furnished. See below details about each option. Mini Split HVAC system with AC. Fully fenced private yard, front and back. Back deck. Raised beds. Basic lawn care and trash/recycling/yard waste included. No pets. No smoking. No parties. No events. No sublease. There are two options for renting: 1) Unfurnished for a 12 month or academic year lease. 2200/mo. Trash/recycle and lawn care included. Let’s talk about your calendar and options. 2) Newly furnished (not shown in pictures). Lease terms available: Academic year, 1 academic term, or multi academic term lease.
