Retired homeowner living in Colwood/Victoria, British Columbia. I was self-employed for over 30 years and in my 20’s perused a nursing career in maternity and newborn babies. I lived over 20 years in Germany and in Norway. I speak both languages but am Canadian living on Vancouver Island. I have hosted homestay for boys who loved their home away from home. These boys have grown from boys to man and have moved on in their perspective lives and careers. This is a brand-new listing for 2026, which is why we do not have platform reviews yet. I am proud to open my private lower-level sunrise suite exclusively to traveling professionals. I live on the upper level and look forward to providing a pristine, reliable experience. My Executive private lower-level tailored for quiet professionals and features bright, sunlit rooms, a work desk, private entrance and walk-out patio with a 180° unobstructed view of the ocean, Victoria, and Mountains. Includes a large Kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee bar, rice and slow cooker. An electric BBQ and side plate. Legally structured as RTA-exempt Boarder Agreement within a shared-hallway home, ensuring absolute privacy and guaranteed fixed move-in and move-out dates. With an agreed upon schedule I include free the cleaning and maintenance of the walk-out patio and clean the outdoor BBQ and side plate. Our Commitment to Absolute Private Quarters: Aside from a shared interior neutral hallway we guarantee that we will never enter your private assigned suite at any time during your stay.
