We're a French-American couple heading to Los Angeles for work in October onward, and we're looking for someone lovely and trustworthy to make our home theirs while we're away. It's a bright, top-floor Haussmannian one-bedroom (about 45 m2) directly on the Canal Saint-Martin in the 10th, sleeping up to four (king bed plus sofa bed). Open-plan kitchen, living and dining with a table for six; Italian shower and in-unit washer/dryer. South-facing windows look onto a quiet courtyard, so it stays calm and cool even in the middle of the neighborhood. Fully furnished and equipped. One honest note: it's a top-floor walk-up with no elevator. Available October 15th onward. We're looking for one person or couple for the entire stay, no shorter splits. 3,000 euros/month, all-inclusive: all utilities (electricity, water, heating), high-speed Wi-Fi, and a weekly cleaner. We're hoping for a respectful, tidy expat, professional, academic, or couple settling into Paris or here on assignment, someone who'll treat our home like their own. We care most about trust and fit.
