With just a 5 minute walk to Davis Square subway station and lovely shops, restaurants and amenities at our doorstep, we are just minutes from everything. You get a private bathroom and shower on the same floor and full use of the kitchen, living room and office space in the attic (shared with me). All utilities + WiFi included, with central air heating and cooling with your own adjustable temperature zone. Driveway with space for 2 cars. We travel quite a bit, so there are times you might have the whole house to yourself. The bedroom is in the basement, with a deep closet and large windows. There is a bathroom with shower for your exclusive use (it contains the shared washer and dryer, which you can also use). The Queen bed converts to a sofa and comes with an extra thick memory foam mattress topper and electric mattress warmer with adjustable temperature. Linens and towels provided. Subway, bus, bike rental all within a 5 minute walk.
