We're looking for academics, doctoral or postgrad students, couples or small families to enjoy and care for our home whilst in the capital. We are very centrally located within walking distance to theatres, Tate Modern, concert halls, Westminster Abbey, Parliament and the central London universities. Excellent underground and bus connections. Our spacious & bright home is an oasis of calm within all the excitement of central London. We think our home is stylish with all necessary comforts. There is also a perfect home office with wifi, a library & views of a traditional Georgian street. Our duplex flat in is an 1970s architect-designed quiet residential estate. There are two small playgrounds on the estate as well as parks and playgrounds within a couple of minutes walk. There is a front patio and rear balcony, ideal for morning coffees or evening drinks in the sunshine. There is a spacious, well equipped kitchen dining room, sitting room and toilet on the ground floor and two bedrooms (one double and a twin), bathroom (bath and over-shower) and home office on the first floor. We have a library of novels, children's books (English and French) and anthropological, social sciences and human rights focused literature.
