My home suits people who value silence, work-from-home at least part of the time and love being in the woods of southern NH. The space was designed for 2 semi-retired adults. The property is near net-zero on an annual basis. Solar with all electric appliances. The living area upstairs has a full kitchen, with open plan (adjustable) entertainment, sleeping and office spaces. 65" smart TV, new in 2025. The entrance is downstairs (indoor staircase with 16 steps). Queen size bed. Excellent mattress. Fiber internet to the house. Very high speed and very reliable. There are 3 minisplits for heating and cooling. The house is extremely well insulated -- utterly cozy over the winter.
