La Raillere is a big old stone wine domaine in SW France. Fabulous quiet situation, yet close to the lively village of Jegun. Toulouse is approx 45 minutes by car. Train Auch-Toulouse available. The Winery is at the end of the old farmhouse, where Amanda lives. Amanda is an experienced English/French language teacher. Therefore although at the end of a track, there is always someone around. Suitable for children with excellent primary school in Jegun, plus colleges in Auch. All baby equipment available plus toys & children's books. The famous St Jacques de Compostella passes nearby. Rich in culture - Abbaye de Flaran nearby with wellknown Simonov art collection. Chateau de Lavardens 20 mins. The area is wellknown for it's 4 musketeers connection. There are many charming medieval villages and historic cities. For artists, it's paradise! Many artists have settled in the area, with exhibitions held regularly. For Gastronomes, it's the land of duck - foie gras, confit, local cheeses, garlic, succulent melons, huge ripe tomatoes. For oeneophiles, there are some excellent well known vineyards, both for wine and Armagnac.

Comments: The Winery still has the old wine press! Huge 10x 8 metre room with excellent kitchen corner. Original features, comfortable French and English furnishings & antiques. Amanda is next door. Fabulously peaceful with great walks/views.

Comments: Peace! Very comfortable home with excellent cooking facilities, Cosy with pellet burner in winter, fabulous pool & views in the summer. Owner in main house with her 2 dogs, 3 cats + 3 horses. Toulouse 50 minutes, Vibrant Auch 17 minutes.. Tons of culture., music.

Comments: The Winery is located at the end of my big old stone farmhouse, It's a huge kitchen/Living room with comfortable bedrooms and bghrooms upstairs. Cosy with a pellet burner and electric heating. Wonderfully rural yet 7 minutes from vibrant JegunJegun
