This retreat style space is ideal for relaxing, working and becoming a part of a unique and friendly small town. Everything you need is within walking distance ( grocery store, hardware store, etc). The home is heated with a heat pump and supplemental electric heat. The wood stove creates a cozy environment on winter evenings. The 2 car insulated garage has been set up as my studio and is an ideal space to spread out any art projects furniture or other creative pursuits. There is much to explore from here such as the Cabot Trail, Fortress Louisburg and the Acadian communities of Isle Madame and Cheticamp. You would be an easy 3 hour drive to Halifax, 2 hrs to the PEI Ferry and just over an hour to the Newfoundland Ferry.
