The large second bedroom includes a double bed, a dedicated office area, abundant natural light and direct access to the front balcony. The primary bedroom also has a double bed. The home is located above a neighborhood café in leafy Feudenheim, an area with a village atmosphere, local shops, cafés, parks and convenient public transportation. It provides easy access to central Mannheim, Mannheim University, Heidelberg and the wider Rhine-Neckar region. A car is optional. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready, with fast fiber-optic internet, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, a well-equipped kitchen and modern, high-quality appliances.
