We’re looking for a family to enjoy our much-loved home while we head off travelling for a year. The house is fully furnished, so you can literally walk in, unpack your suitcases and start living. One thing to mention! This is a traditional Edwardian house, so if you’re looking for something brand new with perfectly straight walls and non creaky floors, this probably isn’t the house for you. It has all the character you’d expect from a period home and we love it! The house has three generous bedrooms and is currently set up for a family with three children, with the front bedroom designed as a shared room. Every bedroom has a double bed, while the master has a king-size bed. It has colourful, welcoming décor and has been a very happy family home. One of our favourite things about living here is being able to walk almost everywhere. The local parks, schools, North Finchley High Road, supermarkets, cafés and Woodside Park Tube are all within easy reach. Outside is a lovely little garden that doesn’t need too much attention—just watering and the occasional lawn cut (great pocket money jobs 😉). There’s off-street parking for two cars. We’ll happily provide last year’s utility costs so you know what to expect. * Gardening equipment is included. * The house is fully furnished and ready to move straight into. We’re hoping to find a family who’ll enjoy living here as much as we have and who’ll look after it while we’re away.
