Nestled in the Mediterranean maquis and overlooking the sea, my home is a place where time slows down. It is a peaceful retreat where I have always found space to think, read, write, and simply enjoy the beauty of nature. Whether you are working on a book, an academic project, an artistic endeavor, or simply looking for a quiet place to recharge, I hope you will find here the same sense of inspiration and calm that this home has always given me. This is much more than a holiday house to me. It is the home where I grew up, a place filled with memories, surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean and the sound of the sea. Since I cannot spend the whole year here, it brings me genuine joy to share it with people who will appreciate its peaceful atmosphere and treat it with the same care and respect that I do. The house is completely independent and arranged over two spacious floors, offering generous interiors filled with natural light. The main floor features a bright and welcoming living area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space where meals, conversations, and quiet mornings naturally unfold. Large windows connect the interior with the surrounding landscape, allowing nature to become part of everyday life. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms—two spacious double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds—making the house ideal for couples, families, colleagues, or friends sharing a longer stay. Three full bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for everyone. The true heart of the house is its panoramic terrace. Surrounded by rosemary, myrtle, and the native Mediterranean vegetation, it offers uninterrupted views of the sea and endless opportunities to slow down. It is my favorite place to enjoy an early morning coffee, write a few pages, sketch, read under the shade, or simply watch the changing colors of the sky as the sun sets over the water. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable sitting area, sun loungers, a table tennis table, and an outdoor shower overlooking the sea. The property also includes a separate laundry room with a drying area and three private parking spaces. The private beach reserved for the residential community is approximately one kilometre away and can easily be reached on foot through the surrounding landscape or by car using the dedicated parking area. Crystal-clear water, quiet coves, and the unspoiled coastline invite you to swim, snorkel, kayak, or simply spend long, peaceful hours by the sea. The surrounding area offers beautiful walking trails and an authentic Mediterranean landscape where the rhythm of life follows nature rather than the clock. Days are accompanied by the song of cicadas, the scent of sea breeze and wild herbs, and nights reveal extraordinary star-filled skies. More than simply offering accommodation, I hope to offer a place where ideas can flourish, where work feels lighter, and where the beauty of the landscape becomes part of everyday life. My wish is that every guest leaves not only rested, but inspired, carrying with them the memory of a home that has been deeply loved and is now happily shared with others.
