I am looking for a responsible tenant to rent my apartment temporarily during the fall semester while I am teaching elsewhere. The apartment is gorgeous, minimalist, and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need from silverware to a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. There is laundry in the building. But the best part is the view! The front deck faces twin peaks with the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance . A large back deck faces a flowering garden. The apartment is situated in the charming Potrero Hill neighborhood, with shops and restaurants nearby. Bus and Cal Train are both in walking distance, as are the Mission and Dogpatch neighborhoods. An open space park is across the street with a tire swing and walking labyrinth.
