Bright 90 m² Altbau with office and balcony in Schöneberg

I'm traveling out of Berlin for work for a couple of months and am offering my furnished 90 m² Altbau apartment in Akazienkiez, a lively and friendly part of Schöneberg with cafés, restaurants, shops, parks, and public transport nearby. The apartment is comfortable for a couple, a small family, or someone who needs a proper home office. It has a large bedroom, a child's room with a bed, a separate office, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. It accommodates up to three people. Amenities include high-speed fibre internet and Wi-Fi, a printer, projector, dishwasher, coffee machine, separate washing machine and dryer, oven, stove, refrigerator, and elevator access. It is a warm, lived-in family home with wooden floors and plenty of natural light. One additional room is not part of the rental and will remain locked for storing my personal belongings. Available from August 7 through September 30, 2026, with a possible extension through October. The minimum stay is one month, and I prefer a longer stay where possible. Rent is €2,100 per month, including utilities and internet, and is negotiable depending on the length of stay. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.
