We are a family splitting our time between New York and Providence. We love this house and are looking for responsible tenants who will appreciate its character and treat it with care. We are seeking a stay of at least four months, with flexibility on the start date and availability through May 2027. The home would be especially well suited to visiting academics, professionals, or a relocating family looking for a comfortable, furnished or unfurnished place in a welcoming Providence neighborhood.
