Description
We are looking for a quiet, clean and considerate person, or couple to rent our home. No smoking, no pets and no parties, please. We would be leaving our things here, so this is not an Airbnb. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. You would need to turn external lights off and on daily, and water our indoor plants. We have a grill that you can use-- please refill the propane if finished. Must have good credit and references.

Comments: This is our home. We would not be removing all our items. The bedroom faces the street but it is relatively quiet since we've lived here for many years. There are 2 other units on this property.
