As we will be living abroad temporarily and returning afterwards, we are looking for tenants who will appreciate the apartment and treat it and its furnishings with care. Outside, there is a 40 m² west-facing terrace with pergola and Weber gas grill, a 20 m² south-facing balcony and shared use of the 2,000 m² garden with outdoor seating and a children’s climbing frame with swings and slide. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES — BUT COMPLETELY FLEXIBLE The apartment is exceptionally well prepared for families with young children. It includes a fully equipped children’s room and a 20 m² playroom with playhouse, Funzy play sofa, play kitchen, gymnastics corner, books and a large selection of high-quality toys including Duplo and Brio. Step stools, learning towers and, on request, a Babybay bedside cot or crib are also available. All children’s equipment is optional. We can remove it entirely and convert the playroom into an additional bedroom, guest room, study, library or dressing room. This makes the apartment equally suitable for families, couples or professionals. LOCATION Dahlem is one of Berlin’s most prestigious residential areas, known for its stately villas, tree-lined avenues, large gardens, embassies and ambassadorial residences — combining exceptional tranquillity with easy access to central Berlin. Freie Universität Berlin is in the immediate vicinity, making the apartment particularly attractive for visiting academics, professors and researchers. Directly opposite is Domäne Dahlem, an open-air museum and working organic farm with a weekly market and cultural programme.
