We are renting out our fully furnished one-bedroom suite for the academic year 2026/27. Perfect for single occupancy or a couple. We are nested in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of the city, with quiet, tree-lined streets that connect directly to the forest trails of Pacific Spirit Park. The location offers direct transit connections to UBC, downtown, and Women’s/Children’s Hospital 1-2 blocks away. We are only minutes away from the community center, local cafes, and grocery stores along Dunbar Street.
