Our exquisite Victorian (but modernized) home is super comfortable, located on a quiet downtown street but adjacent to subway, bus, parks, shopping, dining, and more. Walk to campus or downtown work every day! About the house: High-ceilinged, expansive living/dining areas, modern kitchen with lots of storage space, garden and patio (including barbecue, pizza oven, and fire table), large master bedroom with massive closets and ensuite bathroom, family den in basement, two small bedrooms each with double bed, hall office, and workout room with Peloton (subscription included) and Stairmaster. We have a laundry room and basement storage,. Abundant on-street parking is available (with easy-to-obtain permit from the City). When we moved to Toronto four years ago from the U.S., we rented on Sabbatical Homes from a UofT professor. It's a great way to start off a new life, connecting to the trusted academic network!
