Description
I'm looking for short term tenants who may be at one of the local universities for a semester or two. This condo is the best--I learned how to sail on the pond below the balcony when I was a kid. I will be moving back to it as soon as my children are out of school. I live about an hour and a half away in Rhode Island.

Comments: Walk to the Alewife Red Line, bike to Trader Joe's, walk to Whole Foods and Cafe Nemo, as well as the historic Robbins Library. This is a sought after space in a wonderful community. Ideal if you love to canoe or kayak, but still love the city.
