It is tastefully furnished and features two balconies, a large fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, a study/guest room with a double bed/convertible sofa, and a living room with a large seating area and dining table. Amenities include plenty of art on the walls, a large bathroom, a separate guest bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, a sound system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is an elevator and space for bicycles in the courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops, markets, cafés, and restaurants—as well as the Deutsche Oper and Schaubühne theater—within walking distance. Public transport connections (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and bus) are excellent, and the Grunewald forest and its lakes are just around the corner.
