The cottage style house is characterful and well decorated with a good kitchen, one bathroom and a lovely South facing garden. The stairs are steep, the bathroom is two floors down from the bedrooms. You enter on the street level to a double reception where there is a piano and sofa and TV. Bedrooms upstairs, kitchen and dining, sitting, work space downstairs. Laundry room. Its a friendly neighbourhood and quite quiet away from the bustle and life on Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road. I go away to the Canaries or Australia in the Winter months to escape the British weather and am looking for a couple or 3 people to look after the house and enjoy living there.

Comments: The house has great charm and is well decorated and comfortable. There is great light downstairs in the extension and the garden is very long and pretty, with mature trees surrounding. An oasis in the city.

Comments: The cottage style house is in a vibrant but quiet location within easy walking distance of the Centre of town, the University and many shops, cinemas, art galleries etc. The house has a pretty bright garden and there is a modern very light extension dining/workspace.
